For current mild illness, follow-up after a previous illness visit, or managing an ongoing disease that has been previously established with a consultation.

Evaluation of pre-visit form (current symptoms, medical history) prior to visit
20 minute video call and virtual exam with Dr. Sarah (your pet must be present)
Medications may be prescribed if indicated, for up to 2 weeks duration (per AZ veterinary telemedicine law)
Treatment plan emailed to you after the appointment
Follow-up questions answered by email for 7 days after the visit (must be related to the illness discussed at the visit)
