Unlike many vet telemedicine services that focus on quick-fixes for minor illnesses, at Creative Vet Care we empower you to become a confident caretaker and advocate for your pet’s health. We specialize in the tough stuff - balancing multiple diseases, long-term management of chronic conditions, and making weight loss plans that actually work. We take the time to listen to your questions, break down your pet’s disease and treatment options and evaluate your whole pet, not just their symptoms.
Dr. Sarah knows how to ask the right questions and evaluate your pet using their medical history, pictures, videos and virtual exams. She will consider your goals, explain the options and prepare you for the next steps.
Virtual care is not a replacement for in-person care and is not appropriate in all situations. We will recommend an in-person exam when needed.

Hi, I’m Dr. Sarah! I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2016 and have been living in Arizona since 2017. With 10 years of experience working in general practice with cats and dogs, I love helping pets with difficult and complex diseases and building strong relationships with pet owners.
I offer the highest standard of care while understanding each pet family’s goals to create treatment plans that work for everyone.
Outside of work I enjoy yoga, exploring the outdoors, making pottery, reading and spending time with my family, cat (Wally) and dog (Audrey)!
I started Creative Vet Care to provide:
Exceptional veterinary guidance for cat and dog owners who want to go above and beyond for for their pets’ health.
Extra support in-between vet visits for pets with recurrent or complex needs.
